Spezia are steps away from having Mattia Destro join their club. It is signal that has arrived in the last few hours, as Genoa manager Davide Ballardini didn't include Destro in his list of call-ups for the game against Inter. This means that the player won't start the season for Genoa, but could possibly make his season debut with Spezia. There was contact made for Destro in the last few hours.
