Manchester United, Ronaldo to be excluded for the game against Chelsea

Cristiano Ronaldo will not be called up for the match between Manchester United and Chelsea, scheduled for next Saturday because of leaving the field early in the match between the Red Devils and Tottenham last night.

The Portuguese, in fact, after remaining on the bench in yesterday's match against Tottenham, had returned to the locker room before the final whistle. A few moments ago the club's official statement arrived: "Cristiano Ronaldo will not be part of the call-ups for this Saturday's Premier League match against Chelsea".

After a summer full of speculation and where Ronaldo's future lied, he remained at Manchester United however it has been a rough time for the 37 year-old. He hasn't been able to make the impact he would like and the impact United fans would like too and to make things worse he will not play against Chelsea on Saturday.
