Manchester United, prospect Harrop attracting interest in Ligue 1: the situation

Manchester United starlet, Josh Harrop is subject to interest from a number of clubs across Europe.

Josh Harrop is out of contract, and Ligue 1 sides Lyon, Bordeaux and Rennes have all expressed an interest in the youngster who burst onto the Premier League scene in May, scoring on his debut against Crystal Palace.

Harrop in an attacking midfielder who is well thought of at Old Trafford, but at the age of twenty one he wants more first team football after continually impressing in Man Utd's youth teams.

Despite Harrop being out of contract, potential suitors would need to pay a training fee of around £500,000. Harrop is thought to be open to the idea of moving to Ligue 1, a league that has a great reputation for young players flourishing.
