It has been quite a day for Mourinho and United as they won the Community Shield and are now also ready to welcome Pogba. Here is what Mourinho had to say on the matter :
"Pogba is a magnificent player, it is great that a player of his caliber will be joining us. He is coming in a winning squad, he will have to work hard. United are the perfect club to help him take that next step and the EPL is a perfect habitat for him. If you want to become the best player in the world and you join Barcelona or Real Madrid, you might be in trouble. I've seen Pogba run and even play basketball, he really does it all. We are waiting for him on Tuesday. Pogba's transfer fee? I signed big players at Madrid too (Bale and Ronaldo), i think it is an honor as it shows that we can attract international stars. The only thing i know with certainty is the fact that Pogba is a great player and he will be joining a great team".
