Manchester City ready to pay buyout clause for Laporte

Manchester City are already looking past the Sanchez saga as they look at La Liga to bring in reinforcement for the defence. Guardiola's team are infact ready to pay to Athletic Club the €65 million of the buyout clause in French centreback Aymeric Laporte's contract. City showed interest in him in 2016 and now it is believed to be willing to buy the defender before the end of January transfer window.
