Liverpool won't "consider any offer" for Coutinho

No Barcelona move for Coutinho. It's Fenway sports Group, the Reds' owners, who have expressed their position with an official communicate: "We'd like to make things clear regarding our position on an hypothetic move from Philippe Coutinho. The club won't consider any offer made for Philippe who'll remain a Liverpool Football Club player until the end of the transfer window".
