Lionel Messi set to extend his contract for another year with PSG as per Le Parisien

According to the French newspaper Le Parisien, an agreement between Paris Saint-Germain and Lionel Messi is now close. An extension for one more year is closer for the newly crowned World Cup champion.  

In France, they suggest that in the early days of the World Cup an agreement was found between the French champions and Jorge Messi (the agent and father of the player). 

Messi-PSG, renewal is close.

Messi's current contract expires in the summer of June 2023. In the past few weeks rumours have circulated suggesting possible destinations for the Argentine had Messi decided to leave PSG. However, it now seems that Leo Messi (World Cup champion) is now set to stay at the French capital.
