Lazio, Berisha set to join Fortuna Düsseldorf

After making just eight apperances this season, midfielder Valon Berisha is set to leave Lazio to start a new chapter of his career in the Bundesliga.

The 26-year-old is in fact poised to join Fortuna Düsseldorf as the two clubs have reached an agreement on a loan (with loan fee) deal with option to buy. In the coming hours, the player will have a medical and then sign his contract with his new club.
