Aston Villa makes offer for Bentancur: Juventus ponder options

In addition to landing Vlahovic, Juventus are looking into making a move to give Allegri a new midfielder, but it's contingent on a current player leaving. The deal with Arsenal for Arthur has stalled, but Aston Villa are interested in the Rodrigo Bentancur, but their offer has yet to convince the bianconeri. Juventus owe 30% of the feature resale of Bentancur to his former club Boca Juniors and also have reservations on moving the player after his recent performance against Milan.

Should Bentancur depart before window closes, Juventus are looking at two options Cagliari's Nathan Nandez, whom Allegri likes because of his versatility as well as Denis Zakaria who is available on a Bosman deal at end of season, but could be acquired immediately from Borussia M'gladbach.
