Juventus predicted lineup for Sampdoria game
Juventus prepare to face Sampdoria in the first match of Serie A's gameweek 17, but coach Maurizio Sarri has not decided about the main lineup doubt. The manager would be tempted to play again a "very energy-draining" - as it was defined by Sarri in the pre-match press conference three-men attack, but he may opt for the more functional option, resting one of the three forwards - Ronaldo, Higuain and Dybala - ahead of the Supercoppa Italiana clash against Lazio.
In goal Buffon will play his second consecutive game as Szczesny has not been included in the matchday squad. In defence, Cuadrado should return on the right, while De Sciglio is the favourite over Alex Sandro to play on the opposite flank. De Ligt will replace Demiral as Bonucci's partner at the centre of the defence. In the midfield, Pjanic will return after a suspension and will start over Bentancur, who has been suspended as well. The midfield trio will be completed by Matuidi and one between Rabiot and Can. Ronaldo will play upfront with Dybala and Bernardeschi.
Juventus (4-3-3): Buffon; Cuadrado, Bonucci, De Ligt, De Sciglio; Rabiot, Pjanic, Matuidi; Bernardeschi; Dybala, Ronaldo. Coach. Sarri.
