Juventus, Marchisio: “Allegri didn’t like the last ten minutes? Playing Sevilla is not easy”

Claudio Marchisio first makes his return to the pitch, and now returns to goal scoring ways. It's also thanks to his penalty that Juventus is now qualified for the next round of Champions League matches. As reported by Il Corriere dello sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Marchisio comments on Juve’s post game circumstances:

“When I had to take the penalty my main concern was keeping it as low as possible. The pitch was in rough shape in the penalty box, so I was scared the ball would go too high. I’m exhausted, it isn’t easy returning to football and playing this much: Sometimes your vision gets clouded. Allegri didn’t like our last ten minutes, but playing against Sevilla is not easy. Our performance wasn’t too bad though. They hadn’t conceded any goals until now, and we managed to score three. We’ll keep fighting until the end. We don’t know how far we’ll get in this competition, but we have to try and not think about it. What matters is the now, and now our focus shifts back to Serie A”.
