​Juventus, Bonucci: “Sevilla was this seasons crossroads: First objective completed”

With a strike from distance, it was Leonardo Bonucci who took care of business for Juventus. Against Sevilla it was arguably the most important game of the season so far, and like in any big moments, true leaders left their mark. As reported by La Gazzetta dello sport, Bonucci commented on the victory:

“We knew this was a crossroads for our season, but we still have to win against Dinamo Zagreb. Nothing can be taken for granted in football. They managed to score off their first shot, but we reacted well. When they closed out all our space we were struggling, but thankfully my shot gave us a hand. Our first objective is complete, now it’s time to focus on the league. Sunday against Genoa will not be easy”.
