Juventus' eight match winning streak came to an end with a 1-1 home draw against Genoa. The bianconeri fell victim to a second half equalizer from Daniel Bessa, and coach Massimiliano Allegri, speaking to Sky Sport, did not take the outcome lightly: "We lost our focus after a good start to the second half. Genoa did well to stay in the match and instead of us scoring a second goal they scored one. The Scudetto can slip away through matches like this one, after 10 minutes of the second half we started thinking about Manchester and it started going badly. We didn't use our heads and lost control of the ball in the second half, we needed to be smarter in those moments of the match. The goal we gave up? We slipped up for 10 minutes, we were at risk there and that's what happened. This draw is good, we will come back down to earth. We will take a lesson form this match, it would have been an important victory, today we needed to win and we didn't win. Genoa did well to take us out of the match, it has never happened so drastically in five years at Juventus."
