Inzaghi and Gattuso to extend contracts with Lazio and Napoli

Simone Inzaghi and Gennaro Gattuso will be receiving contract renewals with Lazio and Napoli. The two clubs, who have already been preparing new contracts for their managers for some time, will soon finalize the deals with Inzaghi and Gattuso.

Gattuso, fresh off a dominant victory over Fiorentina, is ready to sign the extension that's been set up for some time by the azzurra club. Napoli qualified for the round of 16 in Europa League and has 34 points in Serie A this season, sitting in third place.

Inzaghi enjoyed a 3-0 derby victory this weekend and will need to wait a few extra days before everything is completed this week. Lazio sits in 7th place in Serie A with 31 points and are in the Champions League round of 16 against Bayern.

Napoli and Lazio want to prioritize continuity with the two managers who are doing well. The renewals are not solely because of their most recent victories.
