Inter, Zanetti comments on Wanda Nara's latest declarations regarding Icardi's renewal
Mauro Icardi's renewal continues to be the hot topic around the Inter grounds, after the back and forth between Piero Ausilio and Wanda Nara, Javier Zanetti has thought to clear the air. During a presentation of his book, 'Win but not only,' he spoke to Radio Deejay: "It's a question of respect, each person must respect their role. The most important thing is that Mauro is happy and we see that he is very happy by the way he expresses his quality. The Champions League? It hurts to exit, it would have been enough to beat PSV, but it is part of a growth process. Inter is resilient, this will help to face the rest of the season. Steven Zhang? Now he is always here, he is busy with some other family business as well, but he dedicates most of his time to Inter."
Inter's vice president also touched on the subject of Jose Mourinho's firing from Manchester United: "Mourinho will remain a great coach. Like Madrid, at Manchester it went well because he won some trophies, then he went into difficulty in managing the group. All of the managers go through difficult moments but, knowing him, I know he will want to return to the top as soon as possible. It's unfortunate, because you are not used to seeing him like this."
