Inter, Spalletti:”We have important objectives but time is running out”

The last matches of the season will be decisive for Inter’s goal of returning to the Champions League . Currently the nerazzurri are in fifth place and looking to make up some ground on Roma and Lazio when they face Chievo tomorrow, manager Luciano Spalletti spoke about his team’s situation in the pre match press conference:”We have important objectives, but time is running out. We can no longer postpone things, we’re working well and on Wednesday we proved we’re in good health. We must give everything until end of the season. We wanted to plate for a spot in the Champions League until the end, and here we are. Chievo knows show to handle difficulties and have experience, they know full well this time of year you must play a certain way to avoid relegation”

Spalletti was asked about some of his key players:”Brozovic? He knows how to give the team something extra, when he’s feeling well he tries some extraordinary plays. Miranda is a great player, he’s a starter on Brazil and that makes him one of the best in his role. Gagliardini’s injury doesn’t force us to change tactically Candreva and Vecino can replace him”
