Inter, Marotta:”Confident the Eriksen matter can be resolved in coming days”

Prior to Inter's home match against Cagliari, excecutive director Beppe Marotta spoke to Sky Sport about the club's plans for final days of transfer with Christian Eriksen as the main objective. The Danish midfielder wasn't even on the bench for Spurs' recent match against Southampton:"We aren't hiding behind a finger, we have been negotiating with Tottenham for awhile. I'm optimistic- Marotta said- and I hope that it can be concluded as soon as possible. I'm confident that it can be resolved in the next few days".
