Insigne set to join Toronto FC: official announcement by Monday

Lorenzo Insigne has agreed to join Toronto FC. The MLS club had been pursuing the Italian international in recent weeks and in the last few days they convinced him to agree to the move.

 Insigne accepted Toronto's offer of an annual salary of 11.5 million a season plus bonuses of 4.5 million on a five and a half year contract, the signature on the contract is expected over the weeked.

 The official announcement is expected by Monday with the player arriving in Toronto on July 1st afthe the current Serie A season ends.
