Hellas Verona has decided to ink a very promising prospect to a longer deal. Destiny Udogie has in fact signed with the club until 2022, which was a strong desire of club president Setti and CEO D'Amico, as they have refused important offers for the prospect. Everton and Monaco have both made important offers of figures in the millions, but the northern based club has refused.

The decision was made in conjunction with the manager Juric. Udogie has made 10 appearances in the Primavera, scoring 3 goals, and has regularly trained with the first team at the club. The club is doing well this season, obtaining very good results and also a good spot in the standings as they fight for a place in Europe. They have also seen their scouting department flourish as big clubs have pursued their talented players like Amrabat, Rrahmani and Kumbulla. Udogie is a player that they hope will also continue to develop on their watch.
