Giroud expected to arrive in Italy on Monday to undergo Milan medical visits: the latest

Milan are ready to welcome Olivier Giroud. The countdown has started, as the French player is expected to arrive in Italy after the Rossoneri and Chelsea reached an agreement.

 Monday could be the day for Giroud's arrival in Italy. It is expected that he would undergo his medical visits and sign a 2 year contract worth 3.5 million euros per season with Milan. 

 Only the exchanging of the documents is missing, but the negotiations are completed. Chelsea will earn 1 million euros from the transfer fee and 1 million euros in bonus that would be difficult to attain. 

 Only formalities remain before Giroud is able to wear the Milan jersey alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
