Genoa, Preziosi: "We will continue with Juric, but we have to start getting good results"

After that the rumors of a new managerial change on the Rossoblu bench spread, Genoa president Enrico Preziosi confirmed his trust in current coach Ivan Juric, as he told Il Secolo XIX: "If I were a supporter I would criticize Preziosi. The team is strong but the results have not met the expectations. The team played a good game against Napoli and they lost only because of an unfortunate episode, like they did against Milan. We are not lucky right now. I believe that Juric's work will take effect. I have seen some good signals in the last few games", Preziosi said.

"We met with Juric on Monday and we discussed about the game. The team showed some positive signs and it's not only about sporadic episodes like it happened under Ballardini. However, we depend on results: they are fundamental. We must start getting them. Now we have two weeks to prepare for the derby, we want to break this negative streak that went on for too long now", concluded the Grifone's president.
