Gattuso set to meet with Napoli president De Laurentiis to discuss a contract extension

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and coach Gennaro Gattuso are set to hold a meeting to discuss the coach's current contract, which runs through 2021. The two are set to meet face-to-face on Monday in Capri. The sides are looking for an agreement to extend Gattuso's contract for two additional years, or up to three years max. Gattuso thanked De Laurentiis after the defeat against Barcelona that sent Napoli out of the Champions League, and downplayed the importance of the contract negotiations to his plans for his future at the club.
