Fiorentina seriously pondering signing Bonaventura

Following his successful stint at Milan, Jack Bonaventura could be heading to Tuscany next. The former Atalanta midfielder's contract with the rossoneri recently expired and Fiorentina are seriously pondering signing him on a Bosman deal after manage Iachini gave his approval.

Fiorentina met with Bonaventura's agent Mino Raiola in recent days to gauge the interest, the deal could be reached quickly, Bonaventura has also been pursued by Benevento and Verona. in the meantime, Fiorentina also met with Cristiano Biraghi who returned to the club after his loan at Inter, his current contract expires in 2022 and there's positive momentum for an extension with higher salary.
