Facing stiff competition for Defrel, Cagliari working on alternatives

Cagliari are facing stiff competition for Defrel as Sassuolo are proceeding with confidence. In order to avoid ending up empty-handed, the Sardinian club has now turned towards alternatives for their attack. They are Eder and Simeone. 

Giulini's club has already met with the agents of both players, and it seems the arrival of Cholito is easier while the possible arrival of the Italian-Brazilian striker is a bit more blurred.
