Napoli, Politano to take medical on Monday

While his move to Roma collapsed, Matteo Politano is ready to start next chapter of his career on a new team before the January window closes. In fact the former Sassuolo winger is set to join Napoli, he will take the medical on Monday after the agreement was reached with Inter this afternoon during a brief phone call between directors Marotta and Chiavelli.

Politano will join Napoli on an eighteen month loan with a forced option to buy: €2 million for the loan and the option set at €19 million plus €2 million in bonuses, he will wear number 21 at his new club. Fernando Llorente won't be part of the deal, Napoli had tried to sign Petagna but were unable to convince SPAL to let him go this January.
