Napoli, Demme the alternative to Lobotka: the situation

Napoli continue to look for a reinforcement for Gattuso's midfield. The partenopei's top target has been Stanislav Lobotka, but the negotiation doesn't appear to be closing any time soon so the club are evaluating options, starting with Diego Demme, who is 28 and currently plays for RB Leipzig- the deal could be reached on the basis of €15 to €18 million.

Napoli will however continue to pursue Lobotka as well as Verona midfielder Amrabat who would be eligible for a transfer next summer after already playing for two clubs this season.
