Empoli make initial contact with Milan for Conti

Empoli have been a revelation since returning to Serie A by collecting 27 points in first half of the season, and now the Tuscan club are looking to bolster their squad.

 Empoli have initiated the conversation to acquire Andrea Conti from Milan, but they would prefer to move Riccardo Fiammozzi before going further. Conti spent part of last season on loan at Parma and has yet to play this season.
