Empoli choose Verre for post-Ricci: the latest

Empoli are working to find a replacement for Samuele Ricci if he ends up going to Torino.

 The Tuscan club have chosen Valerio Verre from Sampdoria. Verre has found limited space at Sampdoria this season with only 421 minutes and 11 appearances in Serie A.
