Diamanti starts next chapter of his career in Australia

After playing in England and China, Alessandro Diamanti is starting the next chapter of his career in Australia. The former Bologna striker has joined Western United, a club based in Melbourne that is playing in A-League for first time.

Diamanti will wear number 23 and he reunited with his former teammate Panagiotis Kone. The Austrilian club is counting on Diamanti to be a mentor to their young players.
