Chelsea preparing new offer for Inter's Lukaku: player pondering move

After Inter rejected Chelsea's first offer for Lukaku, the English club is preparing another one worth 130 million euros.

The most important difference with respect to yesterday is that Lukaku is pondering the move back to Chelsea. The contract offer for the player is tempting, as it worth 12 million euros per year plus bonus. Lukaku's will is decisive and it will make the difference in the negotiations. If Lukaku wants to move to Chelsea, Inter would not be able to keep him. 

 Inter refused Chelsea's first offer yesterday worth 100 million euros plus Marcos Alonso, who is valued at 15 million euros. This demostrated that the Nerazzurri want to keep their number 9. If Chelsea presents an improved offer and Lukaku consents to a move, his return to his former club could materialize. 

 If all of these conditions are met, it would be Inter's biggest sale in their history and the most expensive purchase in Premier League history.
