Chelsea-Lukaku deal close to completion

After the improved offer submitted by Chelsea, Lukaku is edging closer to a return to the Premier League, as his experience with Inter nears its final stage.

 The two clubs are really close to reaching an agreement for the transfer of the Belgian, with Chelsea submitting a €115 million cash-only offer to the Nerazzurri, which have already individuated the targets to pursue with the money of the Lukaku sale.

 The parties are edging closer to completing a deal and are confident that a solution can be found shortly. Inter, Chelsea and the player's camp are working to settle the several details of the deal, which is now close to completion.
