Chelsea join the race for Cagliari midfielder Barella

Cagliari want at least €50m for 21-year-old Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella.

This is the request from the Rossoblu president Giulini for the player. In fact, €50m is a starting point and he wants solely cash - no technical counterparts. In the Serie A, two clubs are after the player: Napoli remains the team most interested, but they want to include some of their players in a deal whilst Milan are interested as well. From the Premier League, Sarri's Chelsea have joined the race as a potential suitor.
