Cagliari negotiating for Pereiro from PSV

Cagliari is looking to land PSV's Gaston Pereiro. Both sides are pushing ahead with the deal, and the player's agents will be in Italy on Tuesday to try to close negotiations. The winger/attacking mid would be another Uruguayan on Cagliari (Oliva, Nandez), and club president Giulini is looking to make a sudden addition to the team.
