Caceres negotiating with Southampton after turning down Milan's proposal

After turning down Milan's proposal, Martin Caceres continues to work on finding his next team. The former Juventus defender is currently taking a medical with Southampton since the English club wants to be sure he's fit. Sunderland also made an inquiry but have yet to take more concrete steps, in the meantime Caceres could be joining Gabbiadini on the Saints
