Burdisso: "De Rossi is open to a move to Boca Juniors, it would be the icing on the cake"

After Daniele De Rossi's goodbye to Roma, the midfielder's future is still unsure. A lot of teams would be interested in acquiring him to add grinta and character to their squad. One of those teams is Boca Juniors as has said their sporting director Nicolas Burdisso: "A lot has been said about De Rossi, I know him and he opened up to a move to Boca. It would be the icing on the cake".

"I think Daniele could play here, I know him as I've played with him for five years. He values the team a lot and watches every game. There are things here MLS and China don't have, like the passion of the fans".
