Bruno Peres-Roma approval needed from Torino president Cairo, and final details left

There are several fine points left to define between Roma and Torino for the Bruno Peres deal. There is discussion over the breakdown of the €15m rights to the Brazilian fullback the between loan fee and the purchase obligation. But remaining with Torino will be 25% of a future sale of Peres.
