Borussia Dortmund interested in Sampdoria's Zapata as Aubameyang's replacement

Aubameyang could be leaving Borussia Dortmund (potentially to Arsenal). The German club are looking at alternatives: there have been contacts with the agent of Sampdoria's Duvan Zapata. There have been no contact with Sampdoria itself. Borussia were interested in Zapata in 2013 and has now reignited their interest as Aubameyang may be leaving. If Zapata leaves, Sampdoria would not rule our a return for Eder.
