Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona makes offer for Dembele, the latest on Aubameyang

After the departure of Neymar Barcelona has made an official offer to Borussia for Dembele. The offer is said to be 70 million euros plus bonuses. It is a significant offer but not enough to convince the German club. They are asking for more in order to allow Dembele to leave the club.
