Bonucci: "It's right to return to play. Milan? A difficult year."

In five days Juventus and Milan will return to the pitch and face off in the Coppa Italia semifinals return leg, starting the tournament again after three months away from play. Juve defender Leo Bonucci spoke on facing his former team with Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Football is important in Italy. Certainly, we'll miss the fans, but for Italians it'll be a relief just to see their team play on television."

On his time with Milan: "It was a difficult year for me, both at the personal and professional level. There were tiffs and I, especially after a Champions League final loss, made a decision without much clarity. Those months at Milan made me look inside myself and understand that my post was with Juventus. I feel my family here."

On Allegri and Sarri: "Allegri is great at managing the locker room, the difficult moments of a season, and making the team understand how to manage the match tempo. He's a maestro in this sense. Sarri is meticulous, passionate of the tactics. He likes to make the team play well. He's learned, too, what it means to be with the world of Juve. The presentations never get forgiven."
