Bayern Munich's Salihamidzic arrived in Turin for Juventus' De Ligt

Bayern Munich are still pushing for Matthijs De Ligt. There is a meeting scheduled between Bayern Munich's sporting director and former Juventus player Salihamidzic and the Juventus directors during the week to discuss the Dutch defender. The Bayern Munich sporting director arrived in Turin a little while ago and was quoted as saying: "Is there confidence for De Ligt? We'll see".

Bayern Munich have not presented an official offer to Juventus for De Ligt yet and the Bianconeri are asking 100 million euros. Salihamidzic's objective is to try and speed up the negotiations and to close a deal for the Dutch player.

Time will tell if Bayern Munich can succede in satisfying Juventus' demands and if Salihamidzic's trip can bring any progress.

De Ligt arrived at Juventus from Ajax in 2019 for a total of 85 million euros, bonuses included.
