Bayern Munich, ds Salihamidzic announces: "We won't renew Boateng's expiring contract"

This summer Jerome Boateng will be free agent and able to sign with a new team. Bayern Munich sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic, has confirmed to Sky Deutsch before yesterday night match against Psg: "His expiring contract won't be renewed. It's a decision made by the whole management of the club, also our coach took a part in it".

The decision was already communicated to the player: "I explained it to Jerome, he understood and he will give his best until the end of the season trying to reach our targets". After 10 years in Munich the class 1988 defender is looking for a new experience after having won 24 trophies with Bayern.
