Atalanta, Gasperini: "This is for the people, in June we'll have a big celebration"

Atalanta's coach Giampiero Gasperini celebrated a win, 4-3 on the night, and a pass to the quarterfinals of the Champions Leauge behind four Ilicic goals. Gasperini's message also included an acknowledgement of the fans back home in Italy as well as an analysis of the team's play: "After a tricky begining we got a feel for this competition. The penalty at the start gave us a lot of faith. There were setbacks, we allowed avoidable goals but we did some good things too. We wanted to advance from this round, we fought to do it. Why did I leave in Ilicic? He wanted to be subbed out, I stalled. Sometimes when you say you cannot finish the match, you stop and go again and are stronger than before. We are very happy for those who we represent. We did this for lots of people who cannot celebrate, we will have a huge celebration in June."
