Atalanta, Everton's bid for Kessie is rejected: the details

Everton has bid £15m (€17-18m) for Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessié, a bid that was flatly refused by the Italian club. Kessié appears slated to remain in Atalanta (after he returns from Ivory Coast duty in the African Cup) for the rest of this season. The player could be on the move, however, come June, as Chelsea and now Everton from England, and other clubs beyond are attracted by the physically gifted and goalscoring mid.
