Arsenal very interested in Lichtsteiner: the latest

Arsenal are set to make a move for Juventus right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner. The Swiss, who will leave the Bianconeri at the end of his contract on the 1st of July, is understood to be one of Unai Emery's targets for the defence. The player is interested in a possible Arsenal move and also the club likes the idea of adding an experienced full-back to the team. Deal is in place, but no final agreement has been reached yet. Amidst of this possible move, Lichtsteiner has been named in the Switzerland preliminar squad list for the World Cup and the next couple of weeks will be decisive to have a clearer idea on his future, as everyone's desire is to settle this matter before the World Cup starts.
