Arsenal & Tottenham pursue Andre Gomes: the situation

After two seasons at Barcelona, Andre Gomes could be on his way to a new club. In fact Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in the Portuguese midfielder whose transfer value has been set at a minimum of €40 million. At the moment the Gunners look to be the favorites for the former Valencia player, but considering his appeal in the Premier League there could soon be a bidding war.
