Allegri reveals his future:”I’ll take a year off”

After a five year run at Juventus, Massimiliano Allegri has decided to take a year off. The Tuscan manager revealed his decision while attending the “Gestione dei leader” event at the Castillo Sforzesco in Milano:”I’ll take a year off because I need to take control of my personal life. The last sixteen years have been a rollercoaster, those are years where you can’t fully focus on family, friends and those you have affection for. This year will allow me to recharge my batteries for the following season”

Allegri went on:”You can’t keep going one hundreds kilometers an hour, to reach the peaks you also need to get some down time: fun, going out with friends. This allows you to gain the lucidity to raise the bar. When I need to unwind, I go to Livorno to be with friends”.
